Gasthaus Linde in Nuertingen

I am shocked that not all of the butcher's staff wear mouth and nose covers. One employee only wore a visor that was completely open at the bottom (distance of visor to mouth / nose at least 10 cm). Imagine this employee is currently infectious. Within a few hours, it spreads its virus to the sausage and cheese of dozens of customers and their families. Using a visor instead of a mouth and nose cover is IMPORTANT when handling open food during a pandemic! The sausage tastes delicious and all the staff are very friendly. But a lack of hygiene is an absolute no-go, so unfortunately I only get one star.

Month's hit in December, we decided to order the party hit for New Year's Eve. Since we usually go to the Linde to eat every year on New Year's Eve, the Corona has thrown our bill. That's why we decided on the party hit and it was awesome. The potato gratin was awesome and the baked ham was very tender and very juicy, Would order it again at any time and can only recommend it. Kudos to the whole Linde team!

Although we got there shortly before the end, we were offered schnitzel. Not of course! In addition, the service was super friendly and the prices more than fair. The food was also very tasty and plentiful. We will be back!

Unfortunately, the quality of the food is no longer as it was 25 years ago! Fried schnitzel from the deep fryer instead of the pan as before. The meat of the roast beef was very mixed. Hardly chewable, even after exchanging. All the staff very nice but we came because of the good reputation of the food ...

The best potato salad far and wide! For that alone it is worth driving to Zizishausen ;-)

As a small child, my dad took us to the "Schnitzelfabrik". I always thought that schnitzel was produced there on a conveyor belt and that people eat on a conveyor belt. Nowadays I laugh about it! This is my absolute favorite place. Unfortunately, I no longer live in the area and therefore cannot visit it as often. If I am in the area, a visit there is a must! Most of the dishes are served "individually", so that, for example, the crispy breading of schnitzel does not soften from the sauce. My absolute favorite is of course the schnitzel with spaetzle!

Rustic inn with excellent cuisine. Super competent and friendly service staff, a full house, including a birthday party with about 50 people, for two, perfectly under control. For the two there would have to be one more star.

Almost always good. Rarely only average. Value for money fits in any case. Reserve on time on Sundays and public holidays. Always well attended. But even with a full house only low waiting times.

I do not know what you should understand today under "home-style" exactly. If it says that you almost everywhere flavor enhancers (even in the breadcrumbs of Wiener schnitzel), ready sauces (in which almost every lunch is soaked) and finished products (croquettes, etc.) used, then that's fine. If you have a slightly sensitive stomach here, you should be careful. Of the 10 people we ate with, 5 went bad afterwards ... Otherwise, it tastes good, of course - was also artificially helped. The butchery itself is good.

Was there for the first time, what can I say - absolute 5 *! The prices are more than fair, large portions, great Zwiebelrostbraten and the schnitzel are also gigantic. Will go there more often now. Just a class economy :-)

Today I drove almost 200 km with my parents to eat the best potato salad in the world on my mother's 75th birthday. What can I say? It's worked out! The food here is just fantastic by the bank. The atmosphere is cozy rustic, just good bourgeois. The prices are almost not adequate for the food. Here you can really feast very cheap at the highest level.
